WASI, WMS, WISC-III, Bender Gestalt, Rorschach, MMPI-2, TAT, Figure
Drawings, TSI, DAPS, MFS, other trauma tests
Neuropsychological Screening and Battery

Non-client involvement

for witness preparation, coaching and other client preparation.
Battered Women/Child/Person Evaluation
Includes
BWSQ, MMPI-2, MFS, TSI DAPS, Clinical Interview, Histories, Review
Records & Oral Report.
Sexual
Harassment/Discrimination Cases
Includes
MMPI-2,MFS, TSI, Clinical Interview, Histories, WAIS-III or WASI,
Records Review and Oral Report.
Parenting, Custody & Visitation Evaluations
Per hour
A NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER IS REQUIRED
FROM ALL CLIENTS UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE WITH DR. WALKER
AND THE BILLING OFFICE. TRAVEL EXPENSES ARE REQUIRED IN
ADVANCE.
